We are pleased to inform you that Innisfil Energy Services Ltd. (IESL), an affiliate company of Innisfil Hydro, has sold its rental electric water heater assets to Reliance Comfort Limited Partnership (“Reliance”) effective February 17, 2009. Due to regulatory restrictions, Innisfil Hydro is no longer allowed to do the billing and collecting for IESL water heater customers. This sale will ensure that IESL water heater customers are served by one of the leading water heater service companies in the industry.
